Borinquen Spa Tour
Visit the Borinquen Boutique Mountain Resort and let the adventure begin with a natural history walk through a primary forest followed by a 30 minutes horseback ride to the first platform from which your high wire adventure will begin. Get harnessed up and enjoy the forest canopy from above (over 90 feet height) as you traverse on a cable connecting several platforms up in the tree tops! Heliconias Rainforest & Hanging Brides

Located on the foothills of the Tenorio Volcano, this 2200 meters long trail, allows a 2 1/2 hours walk, with many stops to see the amazing Giant Trees and surrounding forest. Walk over 4 bridges over the forest canopy, ranging from 35 to 40 meters height. Excellent opportunity for observing birds, butterflies, and bromeliads of the rainforest canopy and become immersed in the splendor of the tropical rainforest. After the walk we will enjoy a typical lunch with a beautiful view of the Miravalles Volcano and the Nicaragua Lake

Palo Verde Nature Cruise
After a guided scenic drive through Sabanero (cow boy) Country to the put-in location, enjoy a two hour cruise on the Tempisque River being the nearest access to world famous Palo Verde National Park, home to hundreds of migrating water bird species. Among other creatures you might see monkeys, scarlet macaws, iguanas, crocodiles, caimans and occasionally smaller mammals on the river banks. Rincon De La Vieja Combo tour
This full day expedition features a guided visit to Guachipelín Lodge, next to Rincón De La Vieja National Park. Santa Rosa Park Natural History & Cultural Tour
Being our first National Park, this 49,515-hectare preserve, is famous for its 10 distinct habitats, including mangrove swamp, savanna, and oak forest, home of more than 250 bird species and 115 mammals. Guests will learn along with our naturalist guide the importance of this ecosystem as well about the history of La Casona –the nation's most cherished historic monument. The old hacienda-turned-museum alone is well worth the visit. On the way back enjoy a visit to Liberia City to learn more about the history of Guanacaste.

Corobici River Floating Expedition
A great experience for nature lovers! This floating adventure on rubber rafts over the Corobicí River allows visitors to observe the lush riverside bordered by Ceiba, Mahogany and Guanacaste trees. This is an excellent opportunity for bird watching and other wildlife observation.

Barra Honda Cave Expedition
Visit with your guide the unique Barra Honda National Park. We will start our exploration of the tropical dry forest by either hiking or on horseback up to the entrance of the caves. As we descent into the caves you will be in a surrealist underground setting, characterized by the constant sound of echoing drops and twisted shapes formed by hardened calcium. After wards, enjoy lunch and visit to Guaitil Indigenous Artisans Village.

Horseback Riding Tours
This tour combines an exhilarating horseback riding adventure along with unique natural settings on either the coastline or the mountain areas depending on your preference. Our coastline adventure allows visitors to explore at first hand the dry tropical forest while enjoying a horseback ride along with their guide. We will observe the mangroves of San Francisco while being surrounded by commonly seen animals such as howler monkeys, parrots and diverse aquatic birds. Otherwise, join us for an expedition to the slopes of the Rincón De La Vieja Volcano. Enjoy the feeling to horseback ride and walk through a primary forest along with a naturalist guide. Guaitil Pottery & Santa Cruz Historical City
Enjoy a visit to Guaitil Village, where one of the most important Costa Rica’s pottery-making heritages continues to be passed down between generations. Being descendants of the Chorotega Indians who lived in western Costa Rica before the Spanish came to settle in the country, most residents are dedicated to preserving the Chorotega culture by making pottery using the same methods and materials as their ancestors. Afterwards, visit the town of Santa Cruz, officially designated as the “folkloric city of Costa Rica”, where you will learn about their legacy, culture and historical sites dating back to colonial times. Monterverde Cloud Forest Tour
This full day expedition features a guided visit to Monteverde Cloud Forest, located on the Tilarán mountain range. Upon arrival, join your guide for a nature walk through the cloud forest, with several different life zones that are characterized by different types of plants and animals. Within this area are more than 2,000 species of plants, 400 species of birds, and 100 different species of mammals. Afterwards, enjoy lunch previous to a visit to the Sky Walk, which is a complex of suspended bridges, platforms and paths, built within the Cloud Forest. Turtle Nesting Tour (December through February)
Every night from December to February, one of the most amazing natural history tours in Costa Rica is available on the Guanacaste coast. Occasionally geyser eruptions take place, but Mostly the crater is a bubbling and steaming cauldron that does not pose any Threat Poas second crater, Laguna Botos, is a lake, surrounded by Dwarf Cloud Forest.
This unique forest is home to various species of birds amongst which you will find humming birds, the altitude specialists of Costa Rica.
